How do I pay for items?
A link to a secure PayPal shopping cart is presented for each purchase on the website as well as a link to send Weborg Lodge an email to purchase by check or money order.  Credit card payment is also available through ProPay for those wishing not to use PayPal.  Weborg Lodge Studio will invoice these sales where buyers can enter their own credit card information on the secure ProPay site. 

What if I want to pay by check or money order?
No problem. This option is available through the Weborg Lodge Store on eBay. Your item will ship immediately when your money order is received or when your check clears.  There is a 7-day hold on personal checks.  Counter checks without your name and address printed are not accepted.  Money orders can also be sent through BidPay, however there is a charge for this service.

When will my painting ship?
Your painting will ship within 24 hours after payment is received or your check clears.

How are items shipped?
Paintings are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance as per the auction description for US delivery unless otherwise stated. You will receive delivery confirmation information once the item has shipped. On occasion, we may use other carriers.  Free shipping to APO or FPO addresses. 

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on any and all items purchased on the Weborg Lodge Studio website for US delivery only.  International shipping rates apply.

Does insurance come with shipping?
Insurance is optional on some items and included on larger ticketed items as indicated in the description.  Shipping insurance is provided by Discount Shipping Insurance (www.dsiinsurance.com).

Is overnight delivery available?
Weborg Lodge will gladly ship your painting overnight--and to your recipient if it is a gift.  Contact Weborg Lodge Studio for more information.

Do you ship internationally?
Weborg Lodge Studio ships to Canada, Europe, and Australia.  PayPal, ProPay or BidPay only is accepted for payment.  For both our protection, paintings purchased by credit card will be shipped to the billing address ONLY for that card.  Some items ship to US only as indicated.
