About the

Chris Dinesen Rogers, Watercolor Artist

Chris is a Minnesota watercolor artist, specializing in original watercolor landscapes. Through her work, she strives to capture the unique beauty and wonder of the Upper Midwest. Her art weaves a tapestry off the realistic, natural, imaginative and historic, reflecting her deep love and commitment to the preservation of the natural resources of this area.

Chris is primarily a self-taught artist and has studied with regional artists.  Chris's work has placed in juried art shows.   Her watercolors are in collections in over 40 states of the US and in collections all over Canada and England.

Chris is a long time supporter and volunteer of conservation efforts throughout the Midwest. In 2000, Chris and her husband, Norm, were commissioned Colonels by the state of Kentucky for their volunteer efforts at Mammoth Cave National Park.

Chris and Norm are also co-authors of "101 Things To Do on the Wisconsin Great River Road." The book details the unique and wonderful of the Wisconsin Great River Road.
